Step 4

Your Settlement

As you approach the final stage of your property journey, we're here to guide you through settlement with clarity and care.

Once a Notice to Call for Settlement is issued, our office will provide this to both you and your broker. At this stage, a dedicated Property Solicitor from our team will be assigned to your matter. They will introduce themselves directly and provide their contact details, so you have a direct point of contact for all settlement-related queries.

Book your Independent Legal Advice (ILA) Appointments

Choose any solicitor below based on your availability.

If your purchase involves a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) or a bare trust, your Infinity broker will coordinate with us to arrange your ILA appointment. This advice is a legal requirement to proceed with your loan documentation.

The ILA fee is $660 and will appear on your settlement invoice. For more details or to book your appointment, see the solicitor links on this page.

Once your matter has settled, your dedicated solicitor will notify you and your broker immediately, and we'll issue final confirmation documents for your records in due course. For settlement-related queries, contact us at: settlements@cjmlaw.com.au
