Contract Preparation & Review
Infinity has previously provided our office with a master contract for this development, which allows us to review the terms and ensure they are legally sound and compliant with applicable legislation and industry standards. Depending on the structure of your purchase:
- You may receive your contract directly from Infinity,
- From the vendor’s solicitor, or
- If you’re purchasing a property in New South Wales, it may come directly from our office.
Most contracts are sent via DocuSign for ease and speed.
We offer a complimentary, optional, contract review to all Infinity clients. To book a time that suits you, simply use the links below to arrange a consultation with our team.
Once you have signed your contract, the vendor will also sign. After the contract is fully executed, it will be returned to our office, and we will commence your formal legal correspondence and guide you through to settlement.
If you are yet to pay your initial deposit and our professional fees, you can reach out to us to obtain a request for trust funds reference to enable you to attend to this payment using the secure link below.
If you anticipate any difficulty meeting a condition deadline, please let us know as early as possible so we can take appropriate steps to seek an extension of time from the vendor’s legal representatives.
