Contract Preparation & Review


Infinity has previously provided our office with a master contract for this development, which allows us to review the terms and ensure they are legally sound and compliant with applicable legislation and industry standards. Depending on the structure of your purchase:

  • You may receive your contract directly from Infinity,
  • From the vendor’s solicitor, or
  • If you’re purchasing a property in New South Wales, it may come directly from our office.

Most contracts are sent via DocuSign for ease and speed.


We offer a complimentary, optional, contract review to all Infinity clients. To book a time that suits you, simply use the links below to arrange a consultation with our team.

Once you have signed your contract, the vendor will also sign. After the contract is fully executed, it will be returned to our office, and we will commence your formal legal correspondence and guide you through to settlement.
