Tamara Kirkby

Marketing & Operations Coordinator – Surfers Paradise office

Tamara was born and raised on the Gold Coast and holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from Griffith University, majoring in Event Management and Creative Writing. She supports the firm across all aspects of marketing, including content creation, design feedback, campaign coordination, sponsorship and charity engagement, as well as client outreach.

In addition, Tamara works closely with the Operations Manager, assisting with office upgrades, expansions and events, onboarding new team members, maintaining onsite inventory, and providing administrative and technical support to staff, including supervision of the reception team.



Known for her collaborative and approachable nature, Tamara is always ready to assist others and ensure the team feels supported. She brings initiative and dedication to her role and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
