Carmel joined the team in early 2025 as the Systems and Compliance Manager, where she supports the firm’s legal and operational teams by keeping the systems and processes behind regulatory and professional obligations running smoothly. Her focus is on making compliance clear, practical, and part of everyday work.

With more than 25 years’ experience supporting senior executives across listed and unlisted companies and government organisations, Carmel brings a strong, hands-on understanding of governance, compliance, and operational oversight. She has a background in systems administration, compliance support, and process improvement, and is known for creating consistency, supporting audit readiness, and helping teams manage their workloads through well-designed processes.

Collaborative and detail-focused, Carmel is a go-to person for compliance-related questions and enjoys working in environments where good systems help people do their best work.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and planning her next travel adventure.
