Grace Ford

Grace has lived in the Clarence Valley for over 20 years and has a strong connection to the local community. She began working under Amanda Steiner at Burridge, Harris & Flynn in February 2022 and continued working closely with Amanda since then following the firm’s merger into the CJM Law Group.

Grace currently works in the Family Law team and has a genuine passion for assisting families as they navigate separation. She values the opportunity family law provides to build personal relationships with clients and to approach each matter with compassion and empathy.

As of February 2026, Grace has one unit remaining in her Bachelor of Laws degree and is due to be admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in November 2026.



Outside of work, Grace is a proud dog mum to her much-loved four-year-old English Staffy, Hazel, and enjoys beach trips with Hazel and her partner of six years, Jake.
