Devin Geng

Devin Geng is a lawyer practising primarily in Wills and Estates, providing clear, meticulous, and reliable legal services to clients.

Devin completed his legal education in Queensland and was awarded a Juris Doctor from Bond University. During his studies, he also completed two specialist streams in Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice and Legal Practice, demonstrating a strong combination of legal theory and practical training.

Academically, Devin achieved First in Class in Family Law, ranking first across the entire cohort. He was formally recognised for this achievement and personally awarded by the Dean of the Law Faculty, reflecting his outstanding ability to analyse legal principles, apply the law to complex factual scenarios, and engage with family law at a high level.

Following graduation, Devin was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and practises law in Australia, bringing with him experience across multiple Australian jurisdictions.

Through his legal training and volunteer experience, Devin has been involved in family law and youth justice matters, including serving as a student volunteer at the Youth Advocacy Centre (Queensland). In this role, he assisted with the preparation of Children’s Court materials, conducted legal research, and supported solicitors working on youth justice matters. These experiences have provided a strong foundation for his current practice in wills and estates, particularly in managing complex documentation and client-focused matters with care and precision.

As a bilingual lawyer fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, Devin is well placed to assist Chinese-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and reducing risks arising from language or cultural misunderstandings.

Outside of legal practice, Devin is passionate about fitness and enjoys exploring diverse cuisines with his partner. He believes that maintaining physical wellbeing and balance in life supports focus, patience, and sound judgment in legal practice.



耿律师现从事遗嘱与遗产事务（Wills & Estates）相关法律工作，致力于为客户提供清晰、严谨且值得信赖的法律服务。

耿律师于昆士兰州完成系统性的法律教育，在邦德大学（Bond University）取得法学博士学位（Juris Doctor）。在攻读学位期间，他同时完成公司与商事法律实务（Corporate and Commercial Law and Practice）及法律实务（Legal Practice）两项专业方向认证，展现出扎实的理论基础与鲜明的实践导向。

在学术表现方面，耿律师于家庭法（Family Law）课程中取得全学科第一名（First in Class）的成绩，并由法学院院长亲自颁发学术奖项，充分体现其在家庭法领域对法律原理、事实分析及实务适用的卓越理解能力。

其后，耿律师在新南威尔士州最高法院完成律师入职（Admission），并于澳大利亚执业，具备跨州法律体系的学习与实践背景。

在法律实务与志愿服务过程中，耿律师曾参与家庭法及青少年司法相关工作，并于昆士兰州青年权益中心（Youth Advocacy Centre）担任学生志愿者，协助整理儿童法院案件材料、开展法律研究，并支持律师处理与青少年司法相关的事务。这些经历为其目前从事遗嘱与遗产事务工作奠定了坚实基础，使其在处理法律文件、时间节点及客户关切方面尤为谨慎周全。

作为中英文双语律师，耿律师能够为华语客户提供无语言障碍的法律协助，确保法律信息准确传达，降低因语言或文化差异带来的理解风险。

在专业之外，耿律师热爱健身，并享受与伴侣一同探索各类美食的生活方式。他相信，良好的身心状态与对生活品质的重视，有助于在法律工作中保持专注、耐心与稳定的判断力。
