CLARE MORRISON

Clare holds a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The College of Law.

Clare practises in commercial law and commercial property, with particular expertise in commercial and retail leasing, commercial property acquisitions and disposals and property development. She has extensive experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial transactions and has worked across multiple Australian jurisdictions, including for a federal government agency.

With a strong focus on retail businesses and eCommerce, Clare is passionate about helping businesses establish, grow, and manage risk. She works closely with clients to build long-term relationships, providing practical and strategic advice on commercial contracts, leasing arrangements, supplier agreements, regulatory compliance, business structuring, and day-to-day commercial matters.

Clare appreciates the challenges faced by business owners and delivers commercially focused solutions tailored to their objectives.

Outside of work, you’ll find Clare working on her own small scale eCommerce businesses, fitting in some Pilates at home and spending time with her husband and three sons in their beachside town in Northern New South Wales.
