Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Criminology and Criminal Justice from Griffith University and is admitted as a Solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland.

Throughout her legal career, Charlotte has gained experience in corporate matters, litigation, and property law, and has found her niche in the commercial and equine law space. She is committed to understanding her clients’ broader goals and providing tailored advice to assist in achieving timely outcomes through a proactive and collaborative approach.

Charlotte’s commercial experience, combined with her real-world equine knowledge and deep immersion within the industry, enables her to assess and advise on risks at an early stage. She provides considered guidance to navigate those risks and ensures her clients feel confident that all aspects of their equine matters are being handled by someone who is genuinely passionate and understands that horses are not only a significant investment, but also a valued part of the family.



Outside of work, Charlotte is kept busy with her own horses, regularly competing in show jumping and dressage, as well as taking on rescue horses to rehabilitate, train, and rehome.
