Carlu has worked in the legal profession for more than 20 years. After completing a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Journalism) at Griffith University, she commenced practising exclusively in family law at a boutique Gold Coast firm while completing her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at The College of Law.
Carlu was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in early 2011 and is also admitted to practise in the High Court of Australia.
Practising exclusively in family law, Carlu is focused on helping clients find practical, cost-effective legal solutions, whether through negotiation, mediation or court proceedings. She understands that every family law matter is unique and is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients in a supportive and confidential environment.
