BRITTNEY TURNBULL

Brittney is our Operations Manager and a familiar face across all five offices, helping keep the firm running smoothly day to day. She began her career with the firm as a Legal Receptionist and, over the past four years, has worked her way into her current role, giving her a strong, hands-on understanding of how the business operates at every level.

Based on the Gold Coast, Brittney oversees day-to-day operations, making sure everything from client services to internal processes runs efficiently. She coordinates across teams, supports staff in their professional growth, and ensures our offices are organised, consistent, and ready to deliver a top-notch experience for clients. Known for her approachable style and people-first mindset, Brittney loves finding practical solutions, keeping things running smoothly, and helping the team succeed both individually and together.



Outside of work, Brittney starts most mornings the Gold Coast way, with a beach walk and an iced latte before heading into the office.
