Mr. Chia-Wei (Billy) Wu is one of the founders of AGC Lawyers in 2015 and provides specialised advice in the areas of Immigration, Property, Commercial, Corporation Law, criminal and civil litigation Law.

Billy holds a Juris Doctor and a Masters of Law from Bond University. He has remained an active Alumni of Bond University and takes an active interest in the development of future law graduates. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws after completing his studies in Taiwan.

Billy has extensive experience assisting his clients in complex legal matters. Due to his commercial mindset, he is adept at ascertaining his client’s needs and providing proven legal strategies to meet his client’s goals. As a result of this, he has a diverse range of clients ranging from investors, business owners, foreign corporations, and associations.

 Billy was the President of the Taiwanese Friendship Association from 2015 to 2017 and continues to be heavily involved in the Asian Business Community. He has regularly been invited to present on a range of topics to the business community. Billy is also an active member of the Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. Further, he is the lecture of Chinese Culture University in Taiwan. 

 Finally, Billy was one of the key parties in establishing A&C International Legal in Taiwan, being the only Australian law firm in Taiwan.
